Simplify your test assembly!

At productronica 2021, INGUN presented its refined performance profile and introduced innovative test solutions - from optimised manual test fixtures to radio frequency test probes for 5G and test fixture accessories for capacitive touch screens. Also: how a cobot makes the handling of manual test fixtures even more efficient.

894 exhibitors from 36 countries

20,000 visitors from nearly 70 countries

60 % international visitors

After a two-year break due to Corona, productronica, the world's leading trade show for the development and production of electronics, took place in Munich from 16th to 19th November 2021. Despite the current restrictions, the trade show was well attended and was able to reinforce its importance as a leading international trade show.

At the main event in the electronics industry INGUN presented itself as a Partner for Future Technology under the motto Simplify your test assembly. To make testing as easy as possible for its customers, the company, which celebrated its 50th birthday in 2021, offers innovative, modular, and ideally-suited solutions for a variety of industries and applications. In addition to its refined portfolio of test fixture kits, test probes, and customising accessories, the testing equipment specialist from Constance also presented its new online shop.

An interview with Benjamin Sontag, Head of Sales:

Cobot-ready & designed for automated handling

At booth 359 in hall A1, INGUN showed optimised manual test fixtures that enable particularly efficient, reliable, and economical testing - especially in combination with a collaborative robot (cobot). A demonstration illustrated the advantages of using a cobot as part of the test system: It inserts the PCB to be tested, closes the test fixture and removes the test item again after the fixture has opened automatically - more efficiently than a human could do so over a long period of time.

Radio frequency probes: Pioneer for 5G

With solutions for contacting 5G technology, INGUN supports the efficient transmission of ever larger data volumes with low latency. Radio frequency technology is indispensable, for example, for assistance functions and infotainment in vehicles. At Productronica, INGUN presented the radio frequency probe HFS-802, a new versatile test solution for contacting high-speed connectors.

Contact smart phones & tablets gently and efficiently

The new button actuator TAB with capacitive tip enables particularly gentle testing of the input surfaces of smartphones and tablets - scratch-free thanks to carbon fibre. This also allows space-saving contacting to be reliably performed. The TAB is operated manually and can be used easily and safely with INGUN’s manual exchangeable kits.
