The automatic opener/closer
The automatic opener-closer is the central component of our automation solution. It equips your vacuum test fixture with a powerful pneumatic drive to increase the efficiency of your test processes. An integrated shock absorber in the end phase of the stroke also enhances your safety during testing. The automatic opener-closer is compatible with all vacuum fixture models and can be easily retrofitted by customers onsite.

Pneumatic control system
The pneumatic control system, which is available separately, allows you to control the automatic opener/closer precisely and reliably. Thanks to the two throttle check valves, you can adjust the speed of test fixture opening and closing as needed. A compressed air sequence valve allows you to selectively switch on the compressed air to ensure smooth operation.
Thanks to its compact design, the pneumatic control system can be integrated into your vacuum test fixture making effective use of available space. The scope of delivery includes a detailed pneumatic diagram and a functional description to simplify installation.

Unlocking unit for pressure frame
The automation solution is rounded off by the pneumatic unlocking unit. Developed for the automated unlocking of closed pressure frames with a locking bar, it is compatible with all pressure frame sizes. It can be installed either on the side profile of the frame or directly on the pressure frame plate. Thanks to the seamless interaction with the pneumatic control system, the unlocking unit fits perfectly into your test system.
