Vacuum cassette
The vacuum cassette is the drive unit in vacuum test fixtures. These are designed for single-sided, single-stage or single-sided dual-stage contacting to perform the combined function/in-circuit test. The single-sided, dual stage contacting is realised with an electrically operated shifting plate.
