Screw-in probes
Screw-in probes are especially recommended for applications with possible vibrations, or unwanted side forces and axial forces (loosening of probe in the receptacle is avoided), e.g., when plugs are ejected from the test module. Screw-in spring-loaded test probes are used for the continuity check and are often used to contact various elements of cable harnesses as well as plug connectors. These probes have the designation ‘M’ at the end of the part number.
