S-Line is designed for small grid sizes such as 075, 050, 039 and 031 mil, as well as applications with high test point density.
Different tip styles and spring forces are available to ensure optimal contact with the test point.
In addition, E variants with increased spring preload are available for reliably penetrating oxidation and contamination.
S-Line test probes and terminals can be integrated into all common test fixtures. They were developed for direct integration into X-Probe®-based systems and do not require fixture modifications.
For INGUN test fixtures equipped with standard probes, dedicated S-Line kits are also available. These kits allow existing test fixtures to be converted to socketless technology without requiring a complete fixture redesign.
Depending on the application, the kits consist of two to four fixture plates mounted below the probe plate.
