Our executives
Armin Karl (left) is the second generation to lead our family company. Since he took over in 2007, INGUN has undergone significant international growth, and the team of staff has more than doubled in size.
Jochen Müller (right) has been responsible for operational business since 2012. As a former strategic consultant, he drives the continuous development of the company with a clear vision.
Our supervisory board
Wolfgang Karl (right), co-founder of INGUN, has been chairman of the supervisory board since 2007. His principles and partnership-based mindset continue to shape the company to this day.
Michael Eisele (left) has worked for INGUN for over 30 years, many of them in departmental and divisional managerial roles. He joined the supervisory board in 2025 and continues to contribute his extensive experience.
