Optimised tolerance compensation, compact housing dimensions and flexible installation options - the new INGUN test plug for USB-C sockets offers a powerful solution for demanding test applications in the field of quality testing. At 27 mm long and 12 mm wide, it is one of the smallest solutions on the market for the electronics and automotive industries.
Wide range of applications with minimal space requirements
Thanks to the extremely compact design, installation is even possible in test fixtures with the smallest housing dimensions and is ideal for applications with limited space. Various installation options allow you maximum flexibility – the test plug can be screwed in or clamped in position.
The robust aluminium housing is specifically designed for intensive use in the testing industry and offers maximum durability. It ensures long-lasting and reliable performance for maximum efficiency and reduced downtime. The nickel coating optimises the shielding properties and resistance to electromagnetic interference.
Tolerance compensation for maximum precision
The new 0.4 mm insertion chamfer offers you optimum tolerance compensation. Optional available spring elements can be integrated for floating mounting to effortlessly compensate for angular errors.
Simple integration thanks to plug & play
The signal is transmitted reliably via the USB-C connection, which enables a simple plug & play connection to the test system - for fast, secure integration. Data rates of up to 10 Gbit/s and current carrying capacity of up to 3 A are therefore possible.
