The WS TERADYNE/TSH5x inline interchangeable kit is used for reliable ICT and/or FCT testing in TERADYNE‘s inline test system TestStation Multi-Site TSH-5x. It has a modular design, consisting of a bottom part (WSU) and a top part (WSO). It features a deflection-resistant pressure frame and probe plate made of FR4, as well as an ESD-compatible, precision-guided moving plate made of FR3.

The interchangeable kit offers a partially equipped interface block in both the WSO and WSU. The housing is hinged and is securely supported by a strut when open. An optional upper probe plate made of FR4 with floating mount is available for additional contacting from above.

- 10 mm thick, deflection-resistant probe plate (KTP) made of FR4
- 6 mm thick, ESD-compatible, precision-guided moving plate (ADP) made of FR3
- 2x guide pillars (round) and guide bushes for WSO/WSU
- 4x guide pins and guide bushes for moving plate (ADP)
- An interface block for WSO and WSU, partially equipped with 25x KT-158
- Strut and anti-pinch protection mounted on the lower part of interchangeable kit
- Optional 10 mm thick, deflection-resistant probe plate (KTP) made of FR4 for top contacting with floating mount, incl. support and guide columns/bushes (round) with centring accuracy ± 0.092 mm
- Spare parts kits for guide pillars and guide bushes (round)
