Test system interface

The electrically conductive connection from the test fixture to the test system is ensured via the test system interface.

INGUN test fixtures are available with and without test system interface for all common test systems. Depending on the test system used, the test system interface is attached to the bottom or rear of the housing. All test fixtures are available as standard test fixture kits and can be customised to meet customer-specific requirements. In general, all test system interfaces can be connected. Please contact us if your test system interface is not available as a standard test fixture kit.
