Existing INGUN customers ordering online for the first time
As a corporate customer within EMEA (excluding Switzerland and Norway, among others) with a valid VAT ID, as well as customers from the USA & Canada, you can request access to the online shop at any time. Please fill out the Existing Customer Activation form so that we can activate your online shop customer account for you immediately. Once our customer service team has successfully activated your account, you will gain access as an existing customer and can easily place orders online.
Buying from INGUN for the first time
Please complete and submit the registration form. Once we receive it, we will create a customer account for you and activate your online shop access. Without a customer account, products can be added to the shopping cart, but the order cannot be completed online (submission to customer service team via email at customer.service@ingun.com is possible.)
Currently, ordering INGUN products via the online shop is only possible within EMEA (excluding Switzerland and Norway, among others), the USA, and Canada. Detailed information about our Europe-wide shipping can be found here. We will gradually add delivery to other countries.
The minimum order value is €50 net (the value of the goods, excluding shipping costs). Please note that orders under €50 are subject to an administration fee of €25.
The shipping costs for your order are calculated individually based on the weight or volume of the shipment and the country it is sent to. The shipping costs for your INGUN order will be displayed in the final step of the ordering process in our online shop, before you submit your order.

The shipping of your order depends on product availability. If the items you have ordered are in stock, we will usually ship your order within 24 hours. Within Germany, DHL deliver within 1-3 working days. For shipments to other European countries, items that are in stock will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days via UPS.
As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping notification from INGUN. In addition to the delivery address and the delivery note, order, and package numbers, this notification also contains a personalised tracking link and shows you the current shipping status of your package.
We offer new customers the option of paying in advance in the INGUN online shop. As an existing customer, you have the option of purchasing on account. You will receive your invoice by email or post, as agreed with you. This will contain your individually agreed payment terms.
