Our shipping and packaging costs
Shipping within Germany
We use DHL to ship orders within Germany. Packaging is included in shipping:
- Parcels up to 5 kg: 10.00 euro
- Parcels up to 20 kg: 27.00 euro
- Parcels up to 30 kg: 30.00 euro
- Pallets > 330 kg: individual calculations
Shipping within EMEA
We ship our packages to countries in region A, B & C using UPS whenever possible. See rates below (packaging included).
For countries in region D, our standard delivery term (Incoterm®) is FCA Konstanz. Please provide the name of your forwarding agent and account number to be used for shipping (see Customised shipping below).

The actual shipping costs are determined after your shipment has been picked and packed and may differ from the information given.
Customised shipping
If you wish to use a specific shipping method with your own account number or your customer’s account number, we will only charge you for the packaging costs.
Packaging costs:
- Small parcels up to 5 kg: 7.00 euro
- Parcels 5 - 30 kg: 16.00 euro
- Pallets > 30 kg: 30.00 euro
