Vacuum cover
Part of the customisation for vacuum test fixtures. In contrast to the configuration with a pressure frame unit or a sealing mask, the configuration with a vacuum cover is safer because the complete pressure plate is available as a vacuum area and the DUT is pressed against the installed test probes by the pushrods. The vacuum cover is subject to strong forces and deflections.
