Step probe
Step probes are used to test the correct position of the contact terminals (contact lamellae) in the plug housings. The contact lamellas (1) are locked in the plastic housing of the plug by a clip. The pin (2) of the step probe only makes contact when the contact lamellas are in the correct position.
