Flying probes
Flying probe test probes are used in flying probe systems. A maximum of precision and accuracy is achieved by the geometry of the pin barrel and a specialised beading system. This allows contacting with a pitch distance (grid size) of 0.15 mm.
INGUN recommends the GKS-112 MD series for use in the flying probe systems from Scorpion/Acculogic and Digitaltest, for example. Others are available on request.
