2-stage contacting
In the case of dual-stage contacting, the test fixture is used to perform ICT (in-circuit test) in the first stage and FCT (functional test) in the second stage. Test probes of two different lengths are used for this. The second stage is located approx. 5 mm above the first contacting stage.
