In high-current testing technology, flat contacts need to be reliably contacted. At the same time, the test specimen must not be scratched or damaged. However, conventional contacting often leads to wear, unstable test results or increased maintenance costs. The INGUN HKF-617 series combines high current carrying capacity and innovative, scratch-free contacting.
The perfect contact – with an intelligent trigger
Thanks to the intelligent triggering mechanism, contacting only takes place during the testing process. The test probe is guided over the flat contact without touching it before the current-carrying contact lamellae are evenly pressed against the test specimen. This results in safe, reproducible high-current contacting without surface damage, which increases both process reliability and the service life of the test specimen and test technology.
The right geometry for every requirement in terms of current
The HKF-617 series comprises various test probe versions for different geometries and current requirements and is suitable for flat contacts with a thickness of 0.8 mm to 3 mm and, depending on the version, a current carrying capacity of up to 40 A. The range is complemented by matching receptacles in the KS-617 series.
