These three factors are crucial for choosing the right INGUN test fixture:
- Usable area: How large is your DUT or PCB?
- Contact force: How much contact force should the test fixture apply?
- Production volume: Is small-batch, series, or mass production required?
The diversity of DUT versions also plays an important role: if there is low diversity, individual fixtures are the best choice. If you want to test various assemblies, our interchangeable systems offer you maximum flexibility and quick set-up times.
Still unsure? Our comparison table will help you make your selection.

Add-ons: upgrade functionality as needed
Our versatile add-ons allow you to expand your manual test fixtures and exchangeable kits with additional functions. Use ergonomic handles, visual markings, or integrated modules to significantly improve ease of use, test reliability, and handling times. Please note: Not all add-ons can be combined. The compatibility matrix will help you make your selection
Convenience meets contact force
For series testing with moderate quantities and a wide range of versions, pneumatic test fixtures ensure energy-saving operation. The contact stroke is generated pneumatically, which reduces closing forces and increases ease of use. INGUN offers two drive concepts: The PAZxxx series works with a gear wheel drive and is particularly suitable for flat assemblies that require high contact forces. The PAxxxx series, on the other hand, uses a cam disc and is ideal for printed circuit boards with components up to 49 mm high.
Features:
- Standard and ESD versions available
- Contact force: up to 2,500 N (PAZ) / 700 N (PA)
- Service life: 1,000,000 load cycles (under laboratory conditions)
- Modularly configurable internal interface
Large quantities safely under control
Vacuum test fixtures are ideal for series and mass production with a low number of versions. The parallel contact stroke is created by negative pressure, ensuring that the test item is pressed evenly and gently onto the spring-loaded test probes.
The fixtures are designed for single-sided, single-stage and dual-stage contacting as part of combined in-circuit and functional tests. Additional modules allow you to also implement contacting from above to achieve double-sided contacting.
Features:
- Contact force: up to 22,000 N
- Useable area: up to 535 x 440 mm
- Service life: 2,000,000 Load cycles (under laboratory conditions)
- Available with or without test system interface
For fully automated production lines
Inline test systems are used for automated testing of large quantities. Our inline interchangeable kits are inserted directly into the test system and enable single-sided, double-sided, or dual-stage contacting, making them deal for combined in-circuit and functional tests in fully automated production lines.
Features:
- Bend-resistant probe plate made of FR4
- Compatible with test system from KABTEC, KEYSIGHT, KONRAD, and SPEA
- Service life: 2,000,000 load cycles (under laboratory conditions)
- Available with or without test system interface
